Jun 10, 2009 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- City Pacific First Mortgage Fund investors are preparing to vote on whether City Pacific should be replaced as the fund's manager. The meeting, at the Brisbane Exhibition Centre on 25 June 2009, will decide whether City Pacific is to be replaced with BalmainTrilogy. Investor activist, Phil Grimshaw, says angry investors intend to take their concerns about City Pacific to the Australian Securities & Investments Commission.
