Jun 15, 2009 (The Courier-Mail - ABIX via COMTEX) -- The 21 convicted child molesters in Queensland who are fitted with electronic monitoring devices cannot be tracked, as the technology has no Global Positioning System capability. The flaw has emerged in the case of a man who is accused of producing child pornography while wearing an ankle bracelet. Bail may be granted to the offender, who was released from prison earlier in 2009 under a strict supervision order.
