Jun 16, 2009 (The Australian - ABIX via COMTEX) -- In the class action case brought by sufferers from alleged side-effects of the Vioxx anti-arthritis drug against manufacturer Merck, the Federal Court of Australia has heard of a training CD produced by the pharmaceutical company for doctors. It presents information about Vioxx and is hosted by TV personality David Koch. His manager, Sean Anderson, notes that his client often comperes such promotional videos, but does not endorse the products featured.
