Fardon seeks judge-only trial.

Jun 16, 2009 (The Courier-Mail - ABIX via COMTEX) -- A precedent in which a notorious child molester was granted a judge-only trial because his reputation would have meant a jury could not be unbiased is being cited by the defence lawyers of another sex offender. They want judge Fleur Kingham to order the same procedure be followed for their client, accused of rape.
