Jun 18, 2009 (The Australian - ABIX via COMTEX) -- In the class action case brought by sufferers from alleged side-effects of the Vioxx anti-arthritis drug against manufacturer Merck, the Federal Court of Australia has heard that international medical publisher Elsevier gave the pharmaceutical company a choice of which articles to include in a journal.
