Jun 21, 2009 (The Australian - ABIX via COMTEX) -- District Court of New South Wales judge Robyn Tupman has directed the jury to find an ethnic pay TV entrepreneur not guilty on 10 charges of taxation fraud brought after an investigation by the Australian Taxation Office and the Australian Federal Police dating back to the mid-1990s. The judge reached her decision after the prosecution and defence could not agree on whether the entirely circumstantial evidence was strong enough or not.
