Pub sales 'show confidence is up'.

Jun 22, 2009 (The Australian - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Despite the concern over anti-smoking laws subsiding, the listed pub investment sector in Australia remains mostly subdued. Poker machine revenue has recovered, but valuations for the properties have weakened. A positive sign has come in the shape of the sale of two pub assets in Queensland for $A12.5m by National Leisure & Gaming to Australian Leisure & Hospitality Group.
