Court hears of Waterhouse bias claim.

Jun 22, 2009 (The Age - ABIX via COMTEX) -- The independence of an expert has been questioned in the case between Berndale Securities and How Trading. Broker Andy Semple claimed that Berndale did not close the account of David Waterhouse in a proper and prudent manner. Merrill Lynch's counsel discounted his evidence, forcing Semple to admit that Waterhouse's wife had been his client in the past.
