Call for Rudd to act on franchise clause.

Jun 22, 2009 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- The Australian Government is under pressure to implement reforms to the franchising industry. An inquiry made 11 recommendations in December 2008. The Opposition wants a good faith clause to be added to the franchising code of conduct.
