Exports prove to be a good drop for wine maker.

Jun 23, 2009 (The Sydney Morning Herald - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Listed wine group Australian Vintage has advised that it will post a modest operating profit in 2008-09, but it expects a bigger profit in 2009-10. Meanwhile, the group forecasts 10 per cent growth in sales volumes in 2008-09, primarily due to an increase in exports. The group's wine brands include McGuigan and Yaldara.
