Delivering quality products As major end users continue to make quality a top priority, industrial distributors are becoming vital links in the quality chain. The quality movement has arrived at distribution's doorstep. Based on actions initiated by U.S. auto makers in the early 1980s to offset dramatic loss of market share to the Japanese and others, major end users are now demanding that distributors be full partners in their efforts to produce quality products.
