BEAVERTON, ORE.--lnfinity Softworks, Inc. will license its powerOne Personal software to Palm, Inc. for use on Palm handheld computers. The agreement allows Palm to offer professionals the option of computing advanced math calculations from any location using customized worksheets developed by Infinity Softworks.
"The combination lets users without programming backgrounds solve complex mathematical equations using worksheets that are specific to their own particular needs," says Elia Freedman, Infinity Softworks' CEO. Users can do complex math functions like power and square root and computations for sales tax, markup, margin, percentage changes, tip and calendar equations.
