MIT acquires A-1 Cutting Tools & Supplies. (News).(Minnesota Industrial Tools)(Brief Article)

MINNEAPOLIS -- Minnesota Industrial Tools, an integrated supplier of abrasives, tools, coolants, lubricants and MRO equipment, acquired A-1 Cutting Tools & Supplies, a Minneapolis-based distributor of cutting tools, abrasives, measuring equipment and coolants. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
A-1 Cutting Tools was formed last year through the merger of two Minneapolis-based industrial tool suppliers: A-1 Wheels & Tools and Cutting Tools. The two companies have a combined 42 years of experience selling to small and mid-sized companies in Minnesota, Iowa and Nebraska.
