NAW, Deloitte Publish New Value Map for Distributors.(National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors)(Brief article)

Staff Deloitte Consulting LLP and the National Assn. of Wholesale-Distributors have released Driving Growth and Shareholder Value: The Distribution Value Map. The Distribution Value Map (DVM), part of a joint project between Deloitte and NAW's Distribution Research and Education Foundation, is written specifically for wholesaler-distributors.
The two authors of the book are Neil Gholson, principal, and Mark Schloegel, director, of Deloitte Consulting's Chicago office. The DVM includes a book with advice about how to best use the DVM, and suggestions for better communications across the supply chain. It also includes two poster-size wall maps, along with a smaller foldout map, enabling distributors to literally map out their business strategy. ...
