BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA Oasis West Realty LLC, Beverly Hills, California, the new owner of the 582-room Beverly Hilton, has started a US$40 to US$60 million renovation to elevate The Beverly Hilton's prominence as a world-class, 4-star hotel.

The renovation will take place over the next year with a completion date planned for early 2005. The guestroom renovations are underway, and renovations to the public spaces will begin in summer 2004.
