The new Cambro ColdFest food pans allow you to keep foods chilled at or below HACCP guidelines of 40[degrees]F (4[degrees]C) without the use of messy ice. Simply freeze ColdFest pans for a minimum of eight hours. Half-and third-size pans will hold product up to eight hours. The sixth-size pan and crock will hold product up to six hours.
