ABACO, Bahamas--Two new condo buildings are being built at Abaco Beach Resort & Boat Harbor on the island of Abaco in the Bahamas. This second phase of construction at the resort, expected to be complete next fall, also includes a new swimming pool.
The new residences at Abaco Beach Resort will feature units ranging from 1,800 sq. ft. (167 sq. m) to 3,500 sq. ft. (325 sq. m). They will include two-bedroom flats and three-bedroom, two-story lofts, both with lockout sections. Owners will have the option of offering entire units or partial units as part of a rental program.
The architectural style will feature traditional Bahamian-inspired themes, with Bermuda roofs, dormer windows and wide verandas.
