High Point -- In the latest move in what has been a tumultuous year for the juvenile specialty store industry, the presidents of each of the organizations representing the Association of Independent Specialty Stores, as well as the incoming chairman of the Juvenile Products Manufacturers Assn.
have joined the board of directors of the Al1 Baby and Child Expo, the independent specialty store trade show set to take place Sept. 21-24 in Las Vegas. John Alexander of Baby Furniture Plus, Alan Levine of USA Baby and Roger O'Callaghan of Baby News, all representing the buying groups that make up the AISS, and Bengt Lager of Regal Lager have been named to the board of directors of the ABC Expo.
