NEW YORK -- Continuing its move to license its family of home furnishings products, F. Schumacher & Co. has signed an agreement with Blue Mountain Wallcoverings, Toronto, for the manufacture, sales and distribution of existing and future wallpaper collections for the Gramercy, Waverly and Village brands.
The Waverly/FSC division will retail and be actively involved in the creative content of the collections and the marketing communications for the key brands. Gerald Puschel, president and ceo of Schumacher commented, "We have worked with Blue Mountain for many years, and are very pleased to be forming this new partnership.
