NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF ALLERGY AND INFECTIOUS DISEASES has awarded grants, totaling $87 million, for construction of four biosafety level-3 research laboratories at George Mason University, Manassas, Va.; Tufts University, North Grafton, Mass.; University of Hawaii at Manoa; and University of Louisville (Ky.).
