On March 31, Sun Chemical president Wes Lucas is scheduled to succeed Henri Dyner as chief executive, in charge of all company divisions, including the Colors Group, Kohl & Madden, Screen & Electrographics, Sun Chemical Europe, Sun Chemical Ink (GPI), Sun Chemical Latin America, and US Ink.

Sun Chemical, based in Fort Lee, N.J., is the world's largest producer of printing inks and pigments. Its annual sales exceed $3 billion and it employs 13,000 people in 300 different sites. Dyner, closing a 28-year career with Sun, continues as an advisor.
