ST. LOUIS -- Von Hoffmann Corporation, an educational and commercial printing company, signed a stock purchase agreement to acquire Lehigh Press, Inc. for approximately $110 million in cash. Lehigh Press, which specializes in the production of book components and direct marketing materials, reported sales of 8118.7 million in its last fiscal year.
Lehigh's operating divisions include Lehigh Lithographers, a provider of component printing and digital premedia services, and Lehigh Direct, a provider of direct marketing services.
