Being chosen as the 2004 Pressroom Operations Manager of the Year by the R&E Council of NAPL is a great honor. As I prepared my acceptance speech, I wondered what I could possibly say to measure up to the precedents set by past recipients of this award. In preparing my remarks to accept this award, three anniversaries that I've celebrated led me to think about what print means to me on a personal level.
