Carrier Ethernet switch revenues see largest increase, according to Dell'Oro Group.(MARKET INTELLIGENCE)

The recently launched Carrier Ethernet Switch report from Dell'Oro Group, a source for market information about the networking and telecommunications industries, reveals that carrier Ethernet Switch revenues for the fourth quarter posted the largest sequential growth for 2006. The report, which tracks Ethernet switches used by telecommunications carriers in the access and aggregation portions of their networks, shows that the recent quarter's robust results were mainly driven by Gigabit Ethernet.
