Big-inch bagger: can a 120-inch bagger find happiness?

So sayeth The Motor Company, right on its corporate Web site for all to see. With a disclaimer like that, who in their right mind would put a 120 in their touring bike? Yet despite this EPA-required warning and any non-street-compliant positioning, it seems to me that a 120-inch engine would make a great touring bike out of an FLH. After all, H-D is only saying that it is not "street legal," and not saying that it doesn't make a great street motor.
