Q I have a 2002 Road King that has a stock carburetor with a K&N air filter and Screamin' Eagle performance mufflers. I am thinking about changing the carb. Which of the following two carbs would you recommend and why?

The first one I have been looking at is the Screamin' Eagle 44mm sold through Harley, which requires a big-bore intake. The second one is the Mikuni HSR 42. If I go with the Mikuni, should I also use the big-bore intake with it? Mikuni states a stock intake can be used with this model.
