Custom machined plastic drive and wear components are produced from a variety of FDA/USDA compliant materials to match specific performance requirements. Components are produced from materials such as oil filled nylon for handling high speeds and loads, MD-nylon which features a dry lubricant to prevent dust from adhering to wear strips, acetal where high strength and stiffness is needed, glass filled PTFE for high temperature and chemical resistance, UHMW and UHMW-HT.
