Inovo, Inc/CHAD Therapeutics' oxygen conserving devices unaffected by recent announcement

Inovo, Inc., based in Naples, Florida, which purchased the oxygen conserving assets and the right to market under the name "CHAD Therapeutics", is issuing a statement to clarity that the company is in no way affiliated with CHAD Therapeutics, Inc., (Chatsworth, CA) which recently announced the suspension of its operations.

Inovo Inc. successfully moved (he production of CHAD'S oxygen conserving devices to its facility in Naples, Florida in June of this year.

"We continue to emphasize our commitment to both the delivery of high-quality, clinically effective oxygen conserves and the growth of our business for many years to come," states George Harris, CEO of Inovo, Inc.
