Resource center becomes campus hub.(Brief Article)

The philosophy behind creating a Learning Resource Center at Chesapeake College, Wye Mills, Md., was to build a library that would become part of campus life. In 1998, a campus plan identified a new library as the college's most pressing need. Aside from a performing-arts facility, the resource center is the first new building to be added to the campus in 25 years.
