The University Village Apartments at Old Dominion University (ODU), Norfolk, Va., is a $52.7 million on - campus community made up of 10 three-story buildings - five of which offer retail and office space on the ground level. "We anticipate this interesting mix of tenants will have tremendous appeal for our students," says Robert Fenning, vice president of administration and finance.
