Test/Configuration Processor. (ATE).

Evaluation Engineering, October, 2002

The SystemBIST[TM] Embedded Test and Configuration Processor is used for deterministic built-in self-test and FPGA/CPLD in-system configuration on single PCBs or in multi-PCB systems. The stand-alone IC does not need a microprocessor or embedded software to operate. It is vendor independent and programs any IEEE 1532- or IEEE 1149.1-compliant programmable device.
