Industry: Email Alert RSS FeedJitter tolerance measurement
EE-Evaluation Engineering, Oct, 2007
The MU181000B 12.5-GHz Four-Port Synthesizer, the MU181000A/B-001 Jitter Modulation Option, and MX180005A Jitter Application Software are now available for the MP1800A Signal Quality Analyzers. The MP1800A Series, with options, can measure jitter tolerance on multichannel CPU boards, PCBs, and optical devices forming interconnects in routers, servers, and supercomputers. The jitter function is precalibrated. Combining two MP1800A instruments as MUX/DEMUX and a synthesizer supports BER testing up to 50 GB/s. Up to 80 MHz of jitter can be added with the MP1800A to perform measurements in compliance with industry standards including ITU-T, ANSI, IEEE, XFI, and El. Anritsu, www.rsleads.com/710ee-211
