Several firms roll out net-based products A new generation of Internet-based investment management software is heading to the market that is simpler to run and potentially more powerful to use than traditional PC-based products. Online software is "something you are going to take for granted five years from now or three years or even two years from now," says Ten Geske, senior vice president of product development at Capital Management Sciences, a Los Angeles-based division of Data Broadcasting Corp.
