NASD: Human error led to election tiff.

The National Association of Securities Dealers blames "human error" for a recent tussle over the use of a confidential list of member email addresses by one group in a divisive election campaign of its board of governors. In a statement, the NASD says an internal investigation found that all candidates initially were given the same list, which showed member addresses and phone numbers -- although one of the two insurgent candidates says he never got the list.
