Nascent rally causes some to predict a tech stock comeback by 2002 To invest or not to invest? That is the question on many investors' minds as they ponder whether to begin putting money back into mutual funds that bet heavily on technology. The answer: It's probably a good time to jump back into the category, but not blindly -- and not without enough Maalox to last at least a year.
