Snow predicts job growth * "Our economy has turned the corner,'' U.S. Treasury Secretary John Snow said Friday in a speech to the Chicago Federal Reserve Bank. "I believe this economy has plenty of room to run without creating inflation.'' Earlier, the Department of Labor reported that the economy added 288,000 jobs in April after creating a revised 337,000 jobs in March.
Mr. Snow declined to make a specific prediction for job growth but said he anticipates that "this economy will be creating a lot more jobs in the coming months.'' He added: ...
