At the Bell; Schwab receives $25M settlement.(Late News)

Charles Schwab Corp. reported in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it had received $25 million from "the confidential resolution of a legal matter,'' according to Dow Jones Newswires. The San Francisco-based financial services firm said in the filing that it will record the settlement in its third-quarter financial results, the report said.

The filing reportedly contained no further details on the matter.
