Byline: Bruce Kelly NEW YORK - In a break with its past, Raymond James Financial Services Inc. has begun to build a network of recruiters across the country. The St. Petersburg, Fla.-based independent broker-dealer, which has 3,200 affiliated registered representatives, has hired four new recruiters - three of whom will be based outside St.
Petersburg - as well as an administrative manager at its headquarters. The firm now has 11 recruiters. Until now, it has based almost all its recruiting operations in its home office.
