A ride with Minnesota's governor.(Tim Pawlenty, All-Terrain Vehicle Association of Minnesota)

So there I was, standing next to Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty talking with him about ATVs and ATV racing.

It was the first time I'd been that close, and actually spoke with, a "high-ranking" politician. Sure, I've written letters to my representatives touting the positives about keeping public land open for riding, but I had never actually spoke with an elected official of his status, or somebody near his status.
