Needs a plow.(YOUR LETTERS)(Letter to the editor)

ATV Magazine, October, 2006

I have a 2005 BRP Outlander 400 and I want to buy a plow for it. Can you recommend a good plow? I live in Michigan so I will be using it a lot.

There are many different options out there for your quad. We tested Cycle Country's 60-inch steel blade on a Suzuki King Quad last winter with good results. Since you have a smaller displacement quad, we'd recommend going with a 42- or 48-inch blade so it doesn't tax your Outlander's engine as much. Cycle Country offers plows with electric, winch and hand-operated blade lifting. Our plow, when raised, had plenty of ground clearance.--Editor
