The Civil Aviation Authority registered a loss of NIS 13.48 million for the financial year April 1990 through March 1991. This compares with a profit of NIS 7.623 million for the 1989/90 financial year. Income for the period declined by NIS 33 million due mainly to the GulfWar and the preceding months when air traffic was at a minimum.
