Imco marches on. (Imco Industries' U.S. subsidiary A.D.T. Inc. wins U.S. Army contract)

A.D.T. Inc, a U.S. subsidiary of Imco Industries, has received a $3 million order from the U.S. Army. Imco manufactures electromechanical devices for military use. Its main client is the Israeli Ministry of Defense. A.D.T. Inc manufactures products similar to those manufactured by the parent company in Israel. Imco and A.D.T. are considering manufacturing for the civilian market.

Imco reported an order backlog of NIS 23 million for the first six months of 1993, as compared with a backlog of NIS 11.6 million for the first half of 1992. The 1993 figure does not include the $3 million order from the U.S. Imco ended the first half of 1993 with a net profit of NIS 375,000.
