$210 M housing projects. (Shikun Ovdim, Africa Israel Investments agreement)

Shikun Ovdim and Africa Israel Investments have signed an agreement to cooperate on two housing projects in north Tel Aviv and the northern suburb of Hod Hasharon, at a total cost of $210 million.
The north Tel Aviv project will include 312 housing units and 1,200 square meters of commercial space. The Hod Hasharon project will include 123 cottages and 168 apartments.
Tel Aviv-based Shikun Ovdim Ltd is a housing company which specializes in promotion, development, planning, marketing, equipment and materials. It is a subsidiary of Hevrat Ha'ovdim.
Tel Aviv-based Africa Israel Investments Ltd is a building and investment company, and is involved in real estate, tourist, and security projects. Shares are traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange....
