Elul Industries-Holdings (91) Ltd. of Tel Aviv will cooperate with the South Korean concern Lucky-Star in various projects in Israel. Representatives of the South Korean giant are reportedly most interested in participating in projects in the fields of petrochemicals and electricity. The deal follows a recent visit by the South Korean company's trading firm, during which the delegation met with the Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin, Industry and Trade Minister Micha Harish, Israel Electric Corporation chairman of the board Udi Amorai and managers in the petrochemical industry.

Lucky-star, whose 1995 annual turnover is expected to reach some $55 billion, is involved in a number of areas including chemicals, electricity, metals, electronics, machinery and construction.
