Ken Cookies goes for NIS 3m.

Israel Business Today, March, 1996

Navigator Real Estate has sold its ownership of Ken Cookies for NIS 3.1 million to a group of investors put together by Ken Cookies managing director Danny Nagel.

In recent years, control of the company has changed hands several times within the Credit Lines group, which owns Navgiator Real Estate's parent company Navigator Investments. Originally, Credit Lines transferred ownership of Ken Cookies to Yozma after gaining control of the latter. However, Credit Lines later passed control of Ken Cookies to Navigator Real Estate after relinquishing ownership of Yozma. As this move was executed in return for NIS 4.7 million, the latest development will create a capital loss for the company.
