Africa Israel Investments goes to Prague. (plans real estate investment)

Africa Israel Investments is planning to invest some $30 million in a real estate project that will be built in Prague, the Czech Republic's capital. The project will include a shopping mall, motel and apartments. The first stage of the project will be completed within four years. The company sees the Czech Republic as a preferred area for investments.
These investments will allow the company to develop its business in Eastern Europe and is expected to generate high returns.
