Comerica Bank of Detroit Michigan USA, a bank with assets of $37 billion, has chosen Web-Access, an Internet banking system developed by the Israeli company Fundtech as its standard for 24 hours a day banking. The American bank will use the system to offer a full range of banking services including money management to its clients.
Fundtech reported that Comerica Bank is the 24th bank to buy its system. Fundtech expects that as Internet banking gains popularity among American Corporate clients and public, it will increase sales to money management firms and banks.
