DoD to spec embedded power conditioning SACRAMENTO, CA--A triservice military specification now being written by the Air Force will require embedded power conditioning in all military systems sensitive to power surges or sags. Though the spec wonht name conditioner types or target parameters, it will require designers to compensate for whatever power conditions exist at the target site.
