Can hardware EEs find homes in software? If you're a hardware designer, chances are you know your industry is changing dramatically. Everywhere you look, it seems, jobs for hardware designers are being eclipsed by positions for software developers who know Unix, C, or C . You know what to do when you can't beat 'em.
