Occupying a single slot in a standard CompactPCI 6U chassis, the Leopard computer board teams an UltraSparc IIe processor running at 500 MHz with as much as 2 Gbytes of main memory. The hot-swap board operates in a system- or nonsystem-CompactPCI slot, and onboard temperature and voltage sensors provide real-time feedback for critical applications.
An optional rear-mount transition module supplies two Ultra 160 SCSI and two 10/100BaseT Ethernet ports, additional communication ports, and provision for a PMC I/O module.
